Volunteers are vital to the ongoing care of residents and patients. By volunteering you provide much needed assistance to a person placed in care or admitted to hospital as well as receive the personal reward of brightening another person’s day.

As a volunteer at Canossa you will :

• Become involved in the activities of residents and patients to enhance their quality of life
• Complement the professional nursing staff by providing non nursing services
• Make new friends
• Share yourself, your skills and talents to help another person
• Become part of a committed health and residential care service

All volunteers must have a National Police Check to be able to assist in our residential care services.
